How long does it take to get certified?

There is no time limit to complete your certification and the time to complete the full program is dictated by each individual student. The typical time frame to complete all components of the course and receive your certification ranges from 3 to 5 months.

How hard is this certification?

This program covers a wide range of foundational subjects that you need to understand in order to be an effective running coach. Having running experience is helpful, however not required. Quizzes along the way help to ensure you’re understanding the content and ultimately prepared to pass the certification exam.

Can I cancel at any time?

We have a 14-day refund policy, so if you get started and don’t believe this is the course for you we’ll refund your registration fee. 

What support will I have?

In addition to the online study materials and resources, you will have access to our instructors for any support you require along the way. We’re happy to answer questions and provide guidance whenever required. 

Am I required to have First Aid & CPR?

Yes. You will be required to obtain your CPR & First Aid certificate. If you do not currently have First Aid & CPR you can still start this certification as you will not need it until later on when you being the practical component of this course.

Is there an exam?

Yes. You will be required to write a 100 question multiple choice exam. A passing grade of 80% will be required to move on to the Case Study and Practical Exam section of the course. 2 retakes are allowed if required.
